After-Sales Assistance

Tecnocryo's after-sales service department provides preventive maintenance and repairs for equipment, as well as monitoring operating hours for scheduled maintenance.

A specific office within Tecnocryo is dedicated to after-sales service to assist customers with all their needs for preventive maintenance, unscheduled maintenance, as well as spare parts requirements. This office also manages scheduled maintenance and maintenance contracts, which, through the monitoring of operating hours in all Tecnocryo equipment, allows for predictive maintenance based on intervention schedules.

Remote Control

Tecnocryo uses PLCs and HMIs to control its plants. Experts can provide remote assistance worldwide, monitoring and operating the plants in real-time without being on-site.

Almost all plants controlled by Tecnocryo PLCs and HMIs are accessible to our technicians for diagnostic and remote assistance purposes. Our technicians can thus connect from anywhere in the world, via PCs, smartphones, and tablets, and have a complete view of the plant. In this way, our staff can see and operate the plant in real-time while being on the phone with the customer to guide and assist them without the need to be on-site.
