‘modular ‘test bench’ for the Fluid Control division

Dear customers, it is with great pleasure that we present a preview of some images related to the new modular “test bench” that our technical department has developed to perform functional/performance and comparative tests of the new equipment from the Fluid Control division.

The system, unique in the market, consists of a 10,000-liter tank containing liquid nitrogen at 10 bar and a cryogenic vaporizer built by Tecnocryo, which powers the test bench set up with manometers and electronic flow meters to allow accurate measurements of pressure and flow curves and the definition of the Kv coefficients of the equipment currently in the program, in various sizes (1/4 – 2”):

Filters, Pressure Regulators, Filter-Regulators, Relief Valves, and other options for plants in brass, copper alloys, and AISI 316 stainless steel, with threaded, flanged, and Tri-Clamp connections suitable for handling and controlling fluids such as:

– Technical gases
– Pure gases
– Medical gases
– Cryogenic liquids
– Process liquids
